Help us make it rightThe former owner of this business unfortunately became a target of Ms Midence after testifying against her in a criminal matter. This led to Midence posting this slanderous and utterly untrue review. If any readers would like to see who Carmen Midence is and what sorts of stalking, violence, and insanity she is capable of, I would encourage them to look online at the Orleans parish criminal sheriffs office (opsco.org) online and search for Carmen Midence, white female. The arrests for battery, resisting arrest, public intoxication and drug use, online impersonation, and nonconsensual distribution of a private image (three total arrests for numerous charges in the last three years) are all there to see. It is unfortunate that this woman chooses to besmirch others publicly with falsehoods - that's why I'm directing any who may run across this defamatory nonsense to check out the "reviewer" online for themselves.
Do not rent here!! The owner/landlord, Rachel Sonn, failed to pay rent for FIVE months at her former location (N.O. Exchange Centre) and was evicted by Judge Kern Reese according to Civil District Court records. While at Exchange Centre, Rachel Sonn tried to seduce her landlord for free rent and parking and ultimately failed miserably at obtaining waived dues/parking. Once evicted, she realized none of her clients were leaving with her because they all agreed she suffers from some incurable and mutant form of Borderline Personality Disorder. All but one client stayed at the Exchange Centre which infuriated and prompted her to contact her the families of her former landlords and proceeded to slander their names. Do not do business with this woman- Rachel Sonn is BAD NEWS!!
