we have a cat that needs to be nutered.we called to get prices because we have been laid off from work so money is very tight.After getting a total price we went there and got the shots we first needed and went to pay the bill and then told that we need another 60.00 or 70.00 more in shots!Now we cant afford to get cat nutered and spent 90.00 that we expected to be a total of only 70.00 at the most and then get the cat fixed.We really want this to be the only vet for our cat but because they failed to tell us about the additonal charges we now have spent very hard to get money and still no fixed cat!

all they care about is $ and not your pet. my dog was in need of care asap and all they could talk about is do i have money and i need this amount and $$$$$$!! she didn't ask one thing about how bad he was or what was wrong. she hung up on 2 times. money was no problem for me I wanted him in asap and we would talk about money when he was being seen. This is the 2nd time I have had problems there. This place is a joke. I took him to Animal Clinic of Rockford at 3444 nmain and for 10$ the seen him right then and gave me a 900$ discount!! so I will never go back here again. greed and rude...
