The worst hotel experience I have had in 35 years. From the general mgr to the staff. All rude unprofessional and totally lacking in customer service skills this all coming after a charge of 300.00 for smoking . I do not smoke. They have done this overcharging to many people after research ing this. DO NOT stay here!!!!.

Great Hotel and Great Service. Katie is awesome and takes care of any issues, or questions. The only place I stay when I come to Des Moines.
