I really hate that I had to even click one star to write this review. Hiller service techs lied and told us our evaporator coil had a leak. Told us the outside unit was not leaking. Recharged our unit and charged us $300 only after giving up on selling us a new unit or their expensive service plans. Said the slow leak in the evaporator coil would not be a problem anytime soon. We had two techs to visit our house and one sales rep. Had to call another company and called Chancy & Reynolds and in 30 seconds they found the leak outside our house. My hope is that our compressor isn't ruined now. Hiller Plumbing and Air, shame on you folks. So much for honesty and integrity. Our electric bill last month was over 500. and it is your fault. You should have been honest and not try to do our 9 year old unit in so we would have to buy another. So untrustworthy! Someone suggested they should change their company slogan to, "How Can We Cheat You Today?" Very far from outstanding service. They rip off artists. Beware!!!
i called flatt plumbing and this hiller company showed up and said that they could do the job i was worried that i was going to get took but my husband said go ahead. They came in and got started. After i told them to be careful of the lawn the pulled a machine right through the center of my yard and through my flower bushes that i worked on so long. ,and broke my window running a cord to that machine, let my cat out and yelled at my daughter to move. i got very angry and told them to leave and the oldest of the two i could have sworn that he said a curse word loud enough for me to hear., anyway my cat is still lost and for the life of me i cant understand why the owner of hiller plumbing this jimmy fellow said never to call him back again. wow this was my worst experience ever, and they still wanted to and sent a bill for 1600.00 and they were there only 2 hours and still my faucet is leaking that is what i called them for in the first place. i am going to file this with my husband he is an attorney take it from me ___please nobody use this company, oh by the way i called back to speak with this secretary named carrie and she said to go to hell and to never call back . One good thing did become of this though my new plumber came in and fixed my faucet and charged me only 47.00 WEST KNOXVILLE PLUMBING COMPANY IS THE BEST. TALK TO STEVE AT ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT HILLER PLUMBING IS THE MOST CROOKED INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN -------- CALL WEST KNOXVILLE PLUMBING .. (Edited February 04, 2010)
