Upon arrival, I had no issues with the service. However, I was unaware that I was being charged several fees that I did not approve on. When I brought the vehicle back, the representative, Tracy, at the counter was completely boggled and said she couldn't help us. Asking for a manager, she proceeded to tell her manager, Lisa (who was not present but called in), that we were ""complaining"". the staff, john , gary and rich are very freindly and give great customer service. i have rented from all the hertz in town and these 3 guy do a great job .
