If I could give zero stars, I would. Agent is lifeless, smug and unhelpful. Experienced terrible customer service. Choose a more professional agent.

Zero stars! But Yelp wouldn't let me. This agent is rude, careless, and not a "good neighbor"! Quoted me up the butt for an auto policy for my new car when I've been a customer the last 10 years with a clean driving record and never had to file a claim. Do yourself a favor and move along! I have contacted this agent before. I had a similar bad experience as other customers. They did not answer my calls and emails. I wonder why State Farm didn't let them go. They destroy and damage State Farm reputation.

Poor customer service. "Like a good neighbor State Farm is...where?" I loved State Farm in the past, but my experience here was completely unsatisfactory.

Horrible experience with customer service from this office. I don't know what happened to my original insurance guy who I had for 20 years, but forget it! I will no longer be using them or recommend them again! The only reason there is at least 1 star is because I'm sure not everyone in this office has the same attitude. Keeping positive. :)
