This salon is simply amazing because of its top stylist: Mastaneh. I was a customer of hers for years in NY and would take a flight to Milwaukee just for a cut/blow with her! From her friendly character to her magical hands: go in there and close your eyes. Wake up and see that youlook fabulous! Despite Mastaneh's hundreds of fans and customers over the years, it's safe to say I'm her #1 fan.

I've been getting my haircut by Maegan for about 6 months.She is very talented and has quite an enjoyable personality.Maegan does a great job with your hair, and makes your time in the salon a pleasurable experience. I've referred several of my friends and would recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist.

Poor Customer Service

I scheduled an appointment to get my haircut during my lunch hour - right before a holiday weekend. When I got to the salon, the receptionist said she had just left me a message. My appointment was moved 45 minutes later because the stylist was running behind. I declined the appointment because I can't leave work when I feel like it. When I got to my office, I saw that a message was left on my phone at 12:21 when my appointment was at 12:30. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I had been made aware earlier, I could've made other arrangements. Will NOT be returning.
