I was extremely happy with the service I received from your employee, Kim. She was knowledgeable, most pleasant and extremely efficient. She made my experience using FedEx very enjoyable and speedy. I would definitely use FedEx again. Kim knew the best way to send my package and even let me know all of the options I had to ship my package with FedEx.

Kim was simply amazing we both had small conversation about the package I was sending and even our boyfriends. She helped me understand was ground or express better and ground was perfect. I appreciate her hospitality she was great. An she smiled the entire time while speaking with me. I will def be back to ship another package at this location and I will be sure to ask for KIM. I was helped by Nicole S., and this was the best shipping experience I had ever had, with any carrier. I had multiple boxes going to multiple locations, some going international, some with labels, and one where she actually had to make a box.
