We had both of our service lines for our washer and dryer break off in the masonry wall on a Sunday evening. I called around and everyone wanted $185+ for an emergency call. Not much I can do about that - but finally found FAST of FL and they had a technician who was available that night (which was important because our water main had to be shut off until the repairs...

I had a tub spout replaced in September. It was used today and it is leaking in the wall and under the tub. I still have folks using the bathroom. But they will have to wait until Monday afternoon for it to be fixed.The technician who fixed it just ran the water for a second or two got his money and left..So sad that professional do not do a professional job.
