This company is ripping people off. They are out towing cars without consent and charging people $165.00 to get the car back. Thier place looks like a junk yard and they are extremely unprofessional and rude. They towed my car at Big 8 and said I was not shopping there when I was. I showed my reciept as proof that I was a customer buying food. Instead they threaten me and damaged my car. Driver with tow tag 104 (i will not mention his name) swung at me and told me quote " i dont know what i'm doing because i'm drunk" fyi. I DONT DRINK. he also said "i will make sure you can't get your car back tonight". He attempted to hit me several times but was too slow.
