Great hotel for the trade show that I was there attending. Staff was very friendly and very helpful in delievry of product to ballroom. Would recommend for business trip and sales meetings. Rooms were very accommodating

Was in Winston-Salem at convention center for weekend meeting/vendor display convention. Hotel is in a great spot, parking is good, easy to get around the downtown area. Good food and so forth all around. Hotel itself is in need of "face-lift," but otherwise quite reasonable. Service is not spectacular and breakfast was erratic. 2nd time here. Last time was 5 years ago. They were good then and much better this time. Staff helpful and very friendly. Hotel clean and updated. Everyone that I ran into in the hotel was accommodating, friendly and conversational. They took great pride in their work

I've stayed at this hotel many times but, it really has gone downhill, it needs a major overhaul. The A/C was not working properly same problem in my previous stay which i reported. The carpets in the hallway are worn out, rooms are dusty. It's disappointing to see how this has happened in about 2 years

This is the best kept secret in Winston, staff is awesome, neighborhood was great lots to do and clean area. Easy to find parking is at a charge but it was okay. Very secure area lots of fun things the night life around was a lot of fun.
