They don't work after hours and on weekends, but when they came to do work on my water heater and shower, they were very professional. Late, shows up with wrong parts, returns again with wrong parts on two additional occasions, alcohol on breath and uncomfortable use of our restroom on more than one visit. States will return a fourth time at 9am and does not. We were having problems with our sump pump. Called other plumbers and they wouldn't even look at it cause it's above ground. I called edwards and Ross came out and was very honest with us. Will call them again if I have any more provlems.
