As a patient with psoriasis I have had a number of dermatologists so I know when one is good. She knows what she is talking about, takes the time to listen to you, and gives good recommendations. However, her style is very direct. I personally love this, but if you are the type of person who wants a pat on the head and chit chat then go somewhere else.

I love Dr. Tuffanelli (and have been going to her for about 15 years) because she is honest, tells it like it is and doesn't encourage me to do things that really don't need to be done. They are very rude and unprofessional. You get a 5 mins session, being examined with... chopsticks. Then nothing happens unless they perform a "biopsy" and they charge you 150$ for that. Looks like they're only interested in taking your money.
