Al Jones and the Downtown Ford group are a top notch group of people. I bought a 2003 Ford Expedition; it needed repairs and they hands down jumped on it right away. I've also had a car to drive around during these repairs. They've got the best prices in town and I'd recommend them to anybody looking to buy new or used.
