I got results, but at high cost: they missed appointment, rescheduled for later that day, missed the reschedule, then I finally had them call when they were close (I was left standing in rain prev times). Then bills all had "Rush fee" lumped into analysis, though results came over a week later. Lastly, office called and was extremely rude and refused to clarify "Rush fee", kept talking about...
