The ombudsman was such a help for my son we were trying to fax information to the energy help and Laure keep at them till we got the help we needed if u need anything call them

Laura at the Dayton Ombudsman's Office has been so great to resolve an issue of SSI. I recommend the Ombudsmans Office to anyone who is having problems with a government-run service. Laura was fast, she got answers, and she stayed on top of things until they were resolved. She gave me the final call today to let me know exactly what to expect to happen and when. I can't thank you guys enough!...

The Dayton Ombudsman office helped me quickly resolve a problem with yard waste removal. it is great to have people on local government who listen to citizens and can lend a helping hand.
