They must have a change in management or their employees hate their job. No hospitality at this hotel... not even for a platinum member. They make their guests feel like it is an inconvenience...

Stayed on a buisness trip and had bites all over my legs. They refunded the room rate for my stay but not the medicine / products i had to purchase
