Horrid service with lackluster food

We made a reservation and came in on time. Our party was all there at that time. Brandy, our server and who took the reservation, came and took drink orders and food orders. An hour later, after tracking down 2 different people, we finally got an answer about where our food was. Half of our party left by that time...

A day up to NWAR and back with business associates ended with pure delight at Copper Grill. Sipping wine in a comfortable setting while enjoying the freshly made pita chips with confetti dip was a great start.
