The website implied the item ordered was in stock and would be shipped immediately. After a couple of weeks when the item had not arrived, I called and was told that the item was back ordered and would not be available for about 4 and one half months. In the meantime my credit card was charged and I was not asked if I would like to cancel the purchase. In fact I had to call to find out the...
I placed an order in Nov. for an item that was apparently back ordered. I was very disappointed that they would charge my credit card for an order that supposedly won't ship until April. Most companies charge your card once your order has shipped.
