Recently went in and was very pleased. New management and employees really have turned around how i see this CSC. Signature ice creams are the best for sure if you cant decide on what to get. Small substitution are available but why woukd you change perfection! Quick service by the young man amd the owner was very charismatic. Yummy ice cream, friendly staff ^.^

Severly understaffed.. Had one worker there this sunny Saturday and a rap around line. Luckily I beat the crowd but the wait was still ten minutes at least. WOW! I love the ice cream and the service! The staff helped me choose which ice cream by giving me samples. They always had a smile and didn't give any negative vibes. I ended up choosing a cookies n cream mix. I loved it! I am definitely going back soon!

Wow. 9:31, on a Tuesday night, watching a customer walk out, and the two teeny boppers tell me that they will NOT serve me.Extremely poor service, and if I was the owner of this overrated franchise if would be upset.Why isn't the door locked at 9:30??

Parking ez, but zero customer service,not even a smile. 3 gals behind the counter but they looked lost. Think I'll try 31-Flavors next time.
