We pull up to this hotel and cannot valet park because of a mini marathon being run the next day. If we valet park we cannot leave before 12:30. Needless to say we hiked several blocks to self park. That's fine. Hotel does not control these things. Go to the kiosk to check in and none of them are working. Long lines and limited help. Get to the room and it is extremely dirty. Would not touch...

This hotel is located in great downtown area. Close to Millenium Park, restaurants, cafes,banks. I got small room but enough for short stay. Room was clear and very clean. I recommend this hotel and certainly will use on my next trip to Chicago.
