Me and my girlfriend lived in City View Apartments for 1 year. At first everything was going ok until the roaches started showing up..I mean they were everywhere...They have someone come spray once a month, which is not enough..85 bucks for parking..And on top of that they will have your car towed if you don't have the parking badge...even if you paid the $85 deposit.. Speaking of deposit..Me...
I give this apartment 3 starts. The renovations that they have done for the new buildings are really nice. However, the bathroom was only designed for a shower, so you have no options for taking a bath. There is not any central air, but they did provide air conditioners in all rooms. The hallways are very small and narrow. The amenities and location are great. However you could get a lot more...

The apartment itself, although tiny, is clean and with fairly new appliances. The building features a large gym free for residents, 24 hour security guards who are kind and helpful, and a parking space for an extra 65-100 dollars a month. There are things you should know before you go. City View is convenient if you want to live and work downtown however like most multi unit apartments it has its issues.
The staff is friendly and always willing to help and listen and thats great but at the end of the day you are the one that has to live there. The roaches are a serious problem, there are also bed bug...
