Jessica Ramos is the best! She is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I came to her with a couple of complicated situations and she always helped me quickly. Other employees of this branch are also very friendly. An outstanding Chase branch overall.

I changed both my job locations to downtown and this one particularly sits on top of my day job (I work daytime in the tunnel).
