STAY AWAY!! We rescinded contract within 3 business days as allowed by law. CHP acknowledges they owe us our refund but will not refund the money 9 months later! They continue to lie and steal money from unsuspecting people who work hard for their money only to have it stolen by these criminals.

we had john michelotti come out to our residents and give us a estimate on replacing9 windows at our home, on 6/21, and he took a deposit on our credit card and said it wouldnt be charge unless we were approved for the financing, we were not approve, but he still charge our credit card the deposit amount the followig day in 6/21, we were lied to about not being charge until we went to make...

Check their BBB rating. D+ as of today. Signed contract w/them October 2010. 10 Months later work still not complete. Now company trying to change contract terms to get money but won't complete contract unless paid in full up front....not terms of contract. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Highly unscrupulous. Signed contract with them back in October 2010. Ten months later and work STILL NOT COMPLETE. Now they are trying to change terms of written contract to get their money but money ONLY DUE UPON COMPLETION OF WORK. They have stalled & lied and made derogatory remarks about us to subcontractors. THIS IS NOT A COMPANY ANY ONE WOULD WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Check their Better Business Bureau rating. As of today = D+

Beware-this company is owned by thieves. We put down a deposit and canceled our contract within the required time frame. They acknowledged that they owed us the money back but have yet to refund-4 months later! Do not do business with this company.
