I called and told them I needed new glasses. I told them what my insurance was. When I showed up for my appointment they said my insurance did not cover routine eye exams, which was exactly the reason I came there in the first place; something I assume they could have figured out before I wasted my time coming there. Dr. Burcham and his staff could not have been more courteous or professional. My cataract surgery (left eye) went extremely well. I have no reservations about having Dr. Burcham performing surgery on my right eye next week.
