I have been at the Broadview for just around a month now. There has been some teething problems as there always is when you move into a new place, but Tiffany and her team have made the process of sorting these problems out easy and pain free. Living away from home, from family and you familiar surroundings is never easy, but Broadview and the staff had made is less stressful. Thank you.

Lived here for one year during college and I should have stayed in my dorms. My college dorms were quieter, cleaner, and more well managed than this establishment. Multiple service requests went either ignored or were only partially completed. The key fobs for the apartment doors do not work properly and are extremely frustrating.
