very bad customer service, no helpful,no smile..doing their job as robot. Was overcharged for returning my car 15 minutes after the timeline..incredible....

The staff is fine, but the hours here are simply unacceptable. Open at 7am, and your revenue would skyrocket!

the city is quite intriguing especially during mardi gras there restaurants are top notch in fine cuisine and their hotels are beyond comparison to any we have.
