if all you want is an internet provider that allows you to go from website to website, then clear is your provider. But if you want fast download/upload speeds, plus really really low ping speeds, STAY AWAY!!! Clear's coverage is inaccurate. There site may show that you are covered but that might not be the case.
Clear sucks bigtime!!!! Worked fine for the first 30 days until I was locked in to the contract the takes ten minutes to load a 1 minute clip no lie. Customer service is a joke and they sound foreign but are given american names. Dial up is faster. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Check all the complaints online.
Recently, AT&T took over Bell South. I noticed on my bill a $6.95 charge for "Inside Wire Maintenance Service Plan." When I called AT&T to ask about this charge, they told me it was like an insurance plan in case I needed service to the wiring inside my house.
