One of the guys at the front check in area didn't acknowledge me after I stood there for 15 minutes, didn't bother to say hello, and told me I would have to come back since everyone was at lunch.

Repair work stinks!

My car was involved in a hit and run (front fender drivers side). After calling the police and making a report, I called my car insurance agency. They advised me I can take my car close by my home to Anderson, where they can ""guarantee the fix"" as well as have an insurance adjuster on site. So off I went. They were very courteous and helpful and quick.(Yea!) They kept more informed everyday. I was thrilled.
They called and said (after 4 days) your car is ready. So I go to get the car. It had some places that should have been painted but were not, so back to the rental car. Another week...
