Received a 20% increase last month. Who else got a 20%increase in price in this economy? I also had 2 discrepancies in the last 2 months about the number of bags they picked up. Customer service was rude and I was told that the charges stand and if I didn't pay immediately that I would be charged a late fee. Our trash guys are always so nice and wait for me to throw the last couple of things in the trash on Thursday morning. But I just called to see if I could leave a box of trash and a couple of extra bags our by the curb because I had a flood and they want to charge me extra for each bag. I would understand if this was an every week thing. But I pay my trash bill every month and hardly ever use...
