I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I feel like they always find a way to delay flights. I usually fly southwest or delta, and only if I'm forced to do I take American and EVERY time they frustrate me.

Terrible flight so many delays and made me and My really eritaded with the rules.even thought there were many mistakes they gave us a hotel and free food and booked another flight for free
