Needs Improvement. I have mixed reactions about this place. On one hand, their food is borderland on decent all the way to great ... but on the other hand, taking 40 minutes to get two plates of food out when there is only one other table in the restaurant or if it's a take out order and there is NO ONE in the restauraunt ... little ridiculous. I like their boba drinks, and prefer their milk...
