Misdiagnosed the problem and caused other problems with the appliance. Will not return phone calls for weeks to fix the problem even though they have a "warranty" period.
They are the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I have been dealing with them for OVER SIX WEEKS and They STILL have not fixed the appliance. They have not shown for scheduled service, ordered the wrong part and TOTALLY misdiagnosed the problem. It has been a complete NIGHTMARE! They are HORRIBLE.

The same service tech has been to our home several times. He fixed our dryer and we never had any problems. So when our (3 year old) washer needed repair, we called him. We were pleased with the prompt response (he came out the same day) and he repaired the problem. About a year later, the washer needed repairing again for a different problem. And then again 6 months later for the same problem....
Where do I start! We were going to have family over for christmas dinner and our oven stopped working. Phil was great, he didn't have the part on his truck and said most times he would order it, but in our case he made a two hour trip to get it and install it. Phil you saved christmas!!!!
