I had called Action Heating & Cooling because my furnace wasn't working last week they came out and found my 40 year old furnace was unsafe. Eric came out and gave me a fair price on a new York furnace which I had installed the next day.

One phone call to Action Heating & Cooling and they were on top of their game. With a big party looming Saturday, we contacted them on a Tuesday and our situation was handled by Friday. Their salesperson, Marci, was very professional and courteous. While we were busy freaking out, she went out of her way to make sure that we were as stress free as possible. We had called several other places and no one was willing to work that fast to make sure our home was ready for guests! CAUTION!!!
Dishonest, is the best word to use to describe Action Heating & Cooling. After the flooding of July 22, 2010, in Milwaukee I called Action Heating & Cooling, the company who installed Furnaces to come out and check for flood damages. I had about a foot of water in my basement, however my furnances are less than two years old. The employee who came to accomplish the task did not look at both furnances, he wrote his report based his examination of only one. yet, he reported that both furnances needed to be replaced. Unwilling to believe or accept his finding, I called a friend...
