Management mistreat their employees in front of costumers, and when brought up to management's attention he just didn't give a shit and it toke 2 days to his supervisor to get back to my complaint, I just hope they don't take that long to answer a insurance claim

I am a AAA member and went to the Glendale AAA office recently to process my DMV registration of my new car. I knew I wasn't at the DMV by the fact the clerks were actually friendly and had real smiles on their faces! Service was prompt and way better than having to go to the DMV. This is a great perk for AAA members!
