I received lavender roses from this shop less than a week ago. At day 2, these roses were completely dead and wilted. The buds never opened. I called multiple times throughout the week, and was told that I needed to speak to the owner. I ordered flowers on January 23rd to be delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines Day (February 14th(). The flowers were never delivered and when I tried to call on the afternoon of the 14th and all day on the 15th all I received was a fax machine tone. I finally reached the manager on 2/17 who told me that were just too busy to deliver all of the flowers and "many people" did not receive...

Ordered on V-Day, Paid, Received confirmation e-mail telling me my order would be delivered on 2/14. It is now 2/15 AND NO FLOWERS! I called to reconfirm delivery and woman said she would call back within the hour but instead hooked to phone up to a fax machine and quit answering. Sent e-mail requesting explanation and got no reply. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Viewing my father’s obituary there was an advertisement for flowers. We ordered a 'White Lilies of Peace Basket' and also paid extra for the Premium arrangement and expedited delivery. They came from A Downtown Florist & Wedding Shop and were 100% unacceptable...A few lilies bunched on one side, a few carnations bunched on the other. Like your teenage son did it.
