2nd Street Beauty's website says they are a top beauty destination and a beauty department store. They are all that and more. I was able to get consultation, great up to date products and talk about clean....their stores, i went to two of them, Belmont Shore and Los Altos, both were immaculate which really added to my shopping experience.
